一般電気工事から大規模プロジェクトまで
竹コミュニケーションズは今、変革の時期を迎えています。
当社は創業以来、テナント工事など一般電気工事を主体に事業を展開してきましたが、2000年代からはネットワーク関連事業を拡大。
そして、2016年に私が社長に就任してからは、より大規模かつ景気に左右されにくい事業を柱とする新たな形態へとシフトしています。
たとえば、建物の電気設備設計と、それらに関わる業務一切のコンサルティングを行う「コンサルタント業務」。
さらに、大手の組織系建築設計・エンジニアリング企業でデータセンター事業に携わってきた自身の経験を最大限に活かし、データセンター内のインフラに関わるほぼすべての工事を行う「データセンター内 施工工事」を多く手掛けるようになりました。
大規模プロジェクトを数多く経験してきたからこそ獲得できた技術力を、当社のスタッフはもちろん、これから加わってくれる次の世代へと継承していきたいと考えています。

TAKE Communications is facing change.
Since the company was founded, we have principally provided general electrical works for property tenants, etc.
In the 2000s, we expanded our business areas to include network-related services.
Since my appointment as President in 2016, we have shifted the pillar of our business to a new business area which is larger scale and less likely to be affected by economic conditions.
For example, we now provide electrical equipment design for buildings and a full range of associated consultancy services.
We also extensively provide installation works which include nearly all works related to infrastructure in data centers, fully utilizing my experience of being involved in the development of data centers in a major architectural design and engineering company.
I am committed to passing down my technical expertise I have acquired solely from being engaged in numerous large-scale projects to my staff and those who will join our company in the future.
Customer-centric and continued partnership
Staff retention and development is one of the challenges faced by a company when carrying out many projects.
We are seeking someone who is full of ideas and vitality, regardless of academic background, experience or gender.
If you acquire electrical equipment design skills while you are working and obtain nationally recognized professional qualifications such as electrician or electrical work management engineer, you may be able to start your own business in the future.
You will have many career options in front of you.
We think it is very important to have "the technological capabilities that enable us to adopt a customer-oriented approach".
We communicate closely with customers, listen attentively to them and understand and fully meet their various requirements.
The completion of our installation works does not mean the end of our services.
We retain all data and take all possible steps to ensure that we will be able to respond promptly to any system changes or technical problems.
We seek to expand our business overseas in the future. We aim to further improve our marketing and technological capabilities with a view to entering the global market.
